Productive Resources (www.productiverseources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our customer's team at their facility in Warren, MI. As a member of their team, the selected candidate will create project preparation, provide business blueprints, conduct the final preparation and manage ongoing production support of a Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) implementation. The candidate will create and monitor a complete implementation method to allow the company to plan and execute the implementation of SAP software. The candidate will be consulting with senior management to determine the business needs, evaluate the performance of the IT infrastructure, and develop and deploy SAP solutions.

This is a direct hire position for our customer with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within their organization.

Duties:

• 
  Understanding of America Vehicles' current and future business.
• Understanding of IT Environment.
• Define project goals and objectives.
• Clarify the scope of implementation.
• Define project schedule, budget plan, and implementation sequence.
• Establish the project organization and relevant committees and assigned resources.
• Complete preparations, including testing, end user training, system management, and cutover activities.
• Tune configuration to meet business and process requirements.
• Baseline system configuration.
• Oversee the live implementation of the SAP software.
  

Requirements:

• 
  Intimate knowledge of SAP implementation processes
• Ability to work across departments and present to high-level management
• SAP-accredited certification.
• At least 2 years of experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• 
  Specialization in finance, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
