Job Overview

As Practice Director of SAP SuccessFactors at Apolis, this person will lead all aspects of the practice from pre-sales, sales, delivery, including managing the team of consultants. This role will comprise of pre-sales solutioning and implementation/delivery consulting. Ideal candidate must be able to provide sales and pre-sales support through presentations, demo’s, run discovery sessions for SAP SuccessFactors opportunities, and provide functional and technical expertise during implementations. Candidate will provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business and showcase value.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead SAP SuccessFactors Practice within the organization, manage team of sales, presales and delivery consultants on projects and bench
Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying SAP SuccessFactors solution to client business challenges
Facilitate customer solution understanding through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations throughout the sales cycle.
Formulate the strategy, plan and solution and lead the pre-sales functions supporting activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Demonstrated ability to provide SAP SuccessFactors solutions to complex customer business problems to drive business case/savings
During implementation projects, must facilitate design sessions and create functional requirements
Configuring SuccessFactors systems to meet client business requirements
Conducting knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing leading practice
Build positive and productive relationships with clients.
Understand installed base client needs and identify new business opportunities
Assist in the opportunity forecasting based on potential opportunity ACV and TCV and timelines, milestones, and dependencies to accurately forecast revenue

Desired Traits

5-10 years+ experience in designing SuccessFactors solutions for enterprise and mid-size clients
3 years+ SaaS Cloud solution provider experience in a selling/marketing capacity (pre-sales preferred)
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning/messaging, business value and justification, compelling/closing techniques
Must be very comfortable presenting to large groups both in-person and remotely
Education: BA / BS or equivalent
Experience: Must have implemented SAP SuccessFactors in the capacity of lead solution architect either as a part of the Implementation partner team or customer team
5-10+ Years of Experience
Desired Location: California, USA preferred (Remote in USA is ok)
Travel Requirements: Travel as needed, up to 50%
