Job description

This is a team of highly motivated individuals who are on the frontlines in business production and are heavily relied upon for doing their part in a timely manner. Acting as a primary point of contact, our coordinators will work directly with insurance carriers, technicians, and end-users daily, to ensure the prompt completion of successful assessments.

Duties:

• Answer 50-100 inbound calls daily
• Work on all assigned claims at least twice a day until completed resulting in making about 60-150 outbound calls daily and/or sending emails.
• Schedule and coordinate 20-26 assessments daily with technicians and end-users.
• Be detailed and accurate in all notations to properly communicate to the team.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide regular updates on assessment progress.
• Contribute to a three-day turn-around-time per claim to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills/Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• Call handling experience, preferrably call center
• Detail oriented- verbally and written
• Great organization and multitasking skills
• Meet daily goals and KPI's
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Have reliable transportation to/from work (*remote work not available)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

• Charlotte, NC 28280: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
