Role Description

At ACES, we are committed to elevating the standards in the treatment of autism.

The Scheduling Client Utilization Manager is responsible for managing scheduling and rescheduling operations and will report directly to the Director of Scheduling. They will manage direct team members, which includes Scheduling Supervisors, on-call manager, and a Scheduling Assistant.

The Scheduling Client Utilization Manager is responsible for the overall administration, management, coordination, and evaluation of the team. A key responsibility will be to enhance the scheduling staff, working to optimize this team's size and capabilities. In addition, to work collaboratively with the Director of Scheduling to advance our technology platform to manage all operating/scheduling capabilities of the company will be essential to the company's growth and success.

Salary: $65,000-$78,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and monitor scheduling processes, policies, and procedures to optimize fulfillment of client authorizations ensuring clients receive timely access to care
  • Measuring and reporting metrics for key performance indicators; holds self and team accountable for achieving our KPI's
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of rescheduling and scheduling department functions, including, without limitation, training, and oversight of staff
  • Conducting all relevant internal audits
  • Evaluates team members performance and conducts annual reviews for direct reports
  • Trains new hires according to standards and provides ongoing training as changes occur
  • Developing and maintaining effective, sound, and healthy communication with a wide range of people at various levels within the company
  • Creating an environment where team members can challenge existing processes and discover new ways of working that can be of important advance to the organization
  • All other duties as assigned
