Home Care Scheduler Supervisor

Royal Care Certified is looking for a Full time scheduler supervisor for its Queens office. People on our team all possess a real passion for helping people.

The scheduling supervisor will be primarily responsible for scheduling nurses /therapists visits to patients homes and overseeing other schedulers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Arrange/organize schedules for clients and patients in the line with healthcare plans, needs of the patient, and availability of the healthcare professional that will care for the patient.
• Create daily schedules for home care nurses & therapist

• File patient information, answer telephone calls
• Maintain and update all computerized appointment schedules on a regular basis
• Address all client questions and issues completely and efficiently

Requirements for this role:

• 3+ years in a similar role
• Experience in a certified home care agency is required
• Ability to think creatively and proactively to solve problems and improve processes
• Proven exceptional customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer and phone knowledge; comfortable with technology
