Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shifts are either: 6:30 am-3:30 pm, or 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Responsibilities of the School Cook:

• Assist with delivering high quality, nutritious food-service for early childhood center children
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen
• Ensure materials and equipment are kept in a safe fashion in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
• Adhere to Colorado Adult Child Food Program (CACFP) requirements
• Communicate with coworkers and families in a warm and professional manner

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• HS/GED (preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• 1 year prior institutional cooking experience (experience with CACFP preferred)
• Speak, read, write and interpret written materials and oral information in English
• Math skills to meet position requirements
• Pass CBI background check and post-employment medical examination
• Ability to provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination with or without accommodation
