Lotus & Ivy is opening a Capital Region NY Homeschool enrichment program in September 2023. It will meet on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am - 2:30pm at a local synagogue in Schenectady.
Homeschool students attend our program on Wednesdays and Fridays for a Waldorf-inspired curriculum in a social environment. As a Waldorf-inspired program, we aim to teach the whole child through hands-on projects, stories, music, art, movement, and more.
We are seeking Main Lesson Enrichment teachers who will provide instruction for one or two age groups each day. We separate students by age and offer classes for 1st grade through high school. The Main Lesson enrichment teacher will bring hands-on activities, art activities, stories, and discussion related to the main lesson themes for the month (which will be provided).
