Summary :
The Screener is responsible for providing high-quality service to patients and visitors. The Screener will take all patient and visitor temperatures, and ask COVID-19 related symptoms questions to ensure patients that enter the facility are not posing a risk to others.Job Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Acts as the first point of contact for patients and visitors entering our facilities. Screen patients and visitors to determine if they may be at risk for COVID-19. Takes patient and visitor temperatures. Ensures patients and visitors are properly masked and practice safety guidelines. Must be patient-oriented, providing high-quality service with a caring attitude and always putting the patient first.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-service oriented role is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- __X__ Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
