Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering. In lieu of degree will consider combination of education, training, and years of experience.
  • Experience as the Scrum Master of a development team
  • Knowledge or Scrum Master roles and responsibilities and cloud capabilities
  • Minimum four (4) years of related experience as a project team member.
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in Agile software development.
  • Experience managing projects following Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, SAFe and other industry best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-system projects and self-organized, cross-functional project teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective at communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in implementing agile processes within a large organization.
  • Experience in working in a team-based agile environment.
  • Experience with distributed development teams that span multiple time zones
  • Familiar with the Systems Engineering and Lifecycle (SELC) process.

Certifications:

  • Scrum Master (CSP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner

Even Better:

  • PMP certification
  • Knowledge of DHS/USCIS domain.

Clearance Level:

Position of Public Trust

DHS EOD (Enter on Duty) Suitability

U.S. Citizenship is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
