Lebanon Seaboard Corporation is seeking a seasonal Receptionist. The ideal candidate is positive, friendly and willing to work as a collaborative team member. This position is Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, from February through June with additional Fall opportunities.

Job Description: The Receptionist is the face and voice of our company for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for:

- Operating our telephone business system

- Operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine and copier.

- Greeting and checking-in visitors, as well as directing visitors to appropriate offices and buildings.

- Maintain various filing systems.

- Print and copy reports and other data as assigned.

- Coordinating incoming packages and notifying the correct receiver.

- Managing Emails

- Data Entry

- Customer Service Support

- Assist other departments as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Education – High School Diploma
Experience – Minimum of 2 years of working experience, ideally in a switchboard or customer service role.

Proficient with:

- Reading and English communication skills

- Basic computer skills

- General office procedures and office machines

- Telephone etiquette
