General Summary Of Duties: Under general supervision of the Security Office Manager, produce written/verbal communications with team members and vendors; maintain confidential files, records and reports. make decisions and take actions based on previous experiences and good judgement within guidelines.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
Cover and assist all aspects at the turnstile position.
- Cover and assist in all aspects of Lost and Found.
- Process all new hire/terminated/LOA employee badges.
- Issue and process parking violations and procedural violations
- Upkeep accurate and up to date information in ITrak.
- Check and fill First Aid Bags
- Assist in processing counterfeit currency.
- Assist in processing Security time off requests.
- Track and distribute clear bags to Team Members.
- Post and Update Employee Information Board
- Assist PI’s starting Team Members needing to complete WIR’s
- Log daily Vendor, Vehicle and Turnstile Forms.
- Call and schedule interviews.
- Track supplies and advise Office Manager when items need to be ordered.
- Track unprocessed applications.
- Run turnstile reports upon request.
- Update Hotel and Timeshare active employee lists.
- Ensure ample blank report forms are available for PI’s.
- Periodically monitor EDR for those not following policy and procedure.
- Assist Office Manager and Director in any other activities as well as any other tasks needing assistance with.

- Ability to listen effectively, read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly to ascertain and document important information, to follow written and/or verbal instructions, to provide clear directions/ guidance and to communicate with other employees/management.
- Social skills as demonstrated by the ability to listen and respond to inquiries/concerns using a positive, clear speaking voice, answering questions and/or offering assistance giving accurate information regarding plans, policy or procedure.
- Ability to organize/prioritize work, meat deadlines, work with minimal supervision/multiple interruptions, exercise judgement and adapt instructions/directions from one assignment to another.
- Ability to maintain attendance with company standards.
- Ability to maintain a neat clean and well groomed appearance.
Typical physical / mental demands
Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move items weighing a maximum of 40 pounds on an intermittent basis.
Experience Requirements
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications (Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Gaming Work Permit and Alcohol Awareness Card)
