General Description
Performs duties necessary to support Self-Directed Services as directed by program administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to Self-Directed participants, self-hire staff and other service providers.
• Prepares and distributes programmatic forms, reports and mailings.
• Schedules meetings for Self-Directed Supervisors.
• Assists with scheduling New Hires and I 9 verification meetings.
• Communicates with participant, staff and other service providers to make changes to programmatic documentation, as instructed by Self-Directed Supervisors.
• Tracks and maintains service documentation in accordance with agency and funder guidelines.
• Assists in obtaining and maintaining documentation for new admissions.
• Prepares all documentation related to new hires and admissions.
• Monitors training records to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
Education: Minimum of Associates Degree. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. **
Credentials: N/A.
Experience: At least 2year(s) of experience related to administrative functions or equivalent role.
