ENSCO is seeking an innovative, creative, and highly motivated individual to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command’s MILSATCOM Program through the MILSATCOM Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (MSEIT) contract. This position, located in El Segundo, CA, will support a diverse set of strategic and tactical MILSATCOM systems and infrastructure in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment.
Duties will include:

• Provide DoD acquisition planning for SATCOM mission acquisition contracts
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in DoD acquisition policy
• Interface and coordinate with Government program office personnel and other stakeholders
• Lead and support development of acquisition strategy documents
• Create detailed technical and programmatic acquisition plans to achieve successful DoD milestone decisions
• Develop acquisition documentation, such as Statements of Work, Requests for Proposals, contract attachments, Source Selection Plans, and acquisition schedules
• Coordinate and participate in source selection activities
• Form teams and execute acquisition plans leading up to successful contract awards

Qualifications Required (Skills)

• BS in technical field, such as engineering and computer science
• Demonstrated understanding of DoD acquisition policies and processes and ability to apply DoD policies to program plans
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with DoD customers
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• 10+ years DoD acquisition experience
• Past experience leading DoD acquisition programs through major milestone decisions
• AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITON, FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN.
