The Role:
The Business Operations team bridges the gap between strategy and execution. We do so by bringing operational planning and rigor across the company, driving strategic focus, and acting on risks to our growth. As we build and scale our company, we are looking for a Senior Analyst who will help us grow sustainably.
You will:

  • Drive strategic alignment processes (namely OKRs and KPIs), guiding and coaching teams across the company in defining and measuring success
  • Identify and implement improvements to our cross-functional processes and practices
  • Utilize sound business acumen to help teams cut through the noise and focus on strategic priorities
  • Build a broad view of the company with cross-functional relationships, spotting risks to our growth by "connecting the dots" and digging in with subject matter experts
  • Mitigate risks by facilitating action, or at times plugging the gap by yourself
  • Be a scrappy and trusted pair of hands who can deliver high quality work with minimal supervision

You will love this job if:

  • You are a jack of all trades – and enjoy moving from big picture strategic thinking to data-driven, detailed analysis
  • You are comfortable working with ambiguity and can improvise to get things done
  • You have a fine-tuned radar for issues or logical gaps – and are not afraid to speak up
  • You are energized by cross-functional teamwork and can build trusting relationships with team members
  • You are excited to roll up your sleeves and learn new subjects and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in a strategic, consulting, or operations-focused role, including experience with project or program management
  • Expertise with Excel & PowerPoint required; Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder needs effectively
  • Proven ability to identify and roll out organizational and business process improvements
  • Team player with experience working cross-functionally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Startup experience preferred
