We are looking for an Experienced CNC Programer that is CAD savy to work for a Manufacture located in the Stuart area

This position is a full time role- Direct Hire

$70,000-$80,000 a year salary plus benefits

Stuart area- onsite

Job Summary:

CNC programmer usually revolves around finding and developing industrial solutions based on a technical drawing or blueprint. Here are some of the primary roles of these programmers:

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specification
• Comprehend product design into computer modelling software
• Use computer software to create the design of parts and tools
• Implement routine machine maintenance checklist and focus on preventive maintenance
• Complete quality control during the machine's manufacturing stage and on the final product
• Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification
• Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process
• Reading blueprints and manipulating CAD drawings using 3D design software. Verify drawings/parts are ready and suitable for programming.
• · Produce toolpath/CAM programs for CNC routing machines.
• · Set up CNC routers for cutting different materials
• · Load and unload raw materials/cut components.

Qualifications:

• Rhino 3D and/or Solidworks software experience preferred.
• 3 years experience with 5 axis CNC router table.
• Thorough knowledge of G-code programming.
• Experience with Osai and Fanuc controllers.
• Able to write technical reports and field notes.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• Stuart, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• CNC programming: 5 years (Preferred)
• CAM programming: 4 years (Preferred)
• AutoCAD: 3 years (Preferred)
