Job description
Hybrid Position.
9-Months Contract.
- Primarily will study and analyze all job levels within the organization, prepare job descriptions, evaluate jobs using established evaluation plan(s), determine grades,s and prepare documentation of the evaluation.
- Work on other compensation initiatives such as annual merit, incentive (sales and broad-based) administration, and Workday implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources or a related field.
- CCP is desirable.
- Must possess 5+ years of experience in job evaluation and market pricing, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills as well as intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
- Experience with Callidus and ICPS compensation systems along with HFM / OneStream financial systems preferred.
