RemoteThe Sr. Data & Reporting Manager is an integral role to the Interiors Ops Digital Transformation and business systems team and has responsibilities for managing the implementation of data & reporting related business processes, enhancements, and solutions (e.g., Database, reports and visualization development, data extraction, transformation, data cleanliness, completeness and sustainability, master data, vendor masters, parts masters, configuration management, engineering interface and business reporting)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead data systems, analysis, and reporting efforts for the Global ERP implementation data & reporting related business processes, enhancements, and solutions.
- Drive execution of the Interiors Ops Data Ecosystem and Reporting strategy.
- Develop Data Analytics & Reporting strategy to meet business needs.
- Dashboard development and management & integration
- Strong data analytics background and ability to interpret data in business context.
- Project Management: Work with appropriate stakeholders to establish reporting vision and priorities.
- Develop proposals and gain approval for system related project schedule, budget, and staffing.
- Implement systems and reporting changes, train and ensure end-user adoption.
- Ability to understand business processes and bridge them through systems implementations.
- Drive reporting implementation and deliverables that support the schedule.
- Drive optimized SAP business solutions across all business implementations, including effective and efficient processes in alignment with the functional strategy.
- Ability to lead and provide techniques, expertise, and training for new process creation, data management and executive-level data analysis.
- Ability to influence people to achieve a common objective.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and adapt to a changing environment.
- Be a change agent, lead and facilitate improvements with businesses to completion, including resolution and organizational buy-in for policy changes.
- Acts as the liaison between the functional SAP team, site team, and digital technology team.
- Monitors progress and report back to responsible program personnel.
- Provide feedback to the Interiors Leadership Team and site leaders as necessary.
- Remote role with up to 50% expected travel.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
- Technical expertise in reports, queries & visualization development – Tableau, SAP ECC Report, SAP BO, SQL, Excel & Macros
- Technical Expertise in systems and database development –SQL
- Experience with Analysis for Office, Qlik
- Experience with Cloud Database Management platforms (such as Snowflake, Azure) to develop the reporting capabilities.
- Experience with Data modeling, ETL workflow management concepts and using data pipeline ingesting and integration tools such as Alteryx, Matillion
- Manufacturing or Operations Experience
- Previous project management experience
- Ability to create and write Work Instructions
- Proactive and result drive
- Aptitude for detail, data accuracy and data integrity
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast paced and highly matrix environment.
- Strong data analytical skills: very comfortable with data, ability to interpret data in business context, use good judgement about its use, ability to collect and organize data from multiple sources (and ERP systems), disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills and comfortable speaking to all audience (technical and non-technical audiences, key stakeholders, and Executives)
- Must be very comfortable with ambiguity, be creative and be able to manage fluid projects, priorities, and deadlines.
