Job Summary:
The Senior Program Manager is a critical role to the evolution of Service and Program expansion for our EXOS Team supporting a large, global client. As a Senior Program Manager within EXOS’ team, you will become the go-to portfolio lead and ensure product development decisions support the solutions in our digital ecosystem that deliver value to our end users. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do.

You are an experienced project Manager who can creatively problem solve and communicate with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work and best achieve goals. This role has a strong point of view and experience building and nurturing digital experiences that have a positive impact on the health and performance of our end users.
Job Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Program Design: Participate in early planning and scoping sessions related to new product launches and commercial programs, to advise on implications for operationalization
  • Strategy and Execution: Review proposals from an operationalization perspective and provide strategic guidance and program management throughout planning and implementation [or deprecation] phases. This includes facilitating the creation, regionalization and continuous improvement of business practices and policies, ordering and contracting documents, knowledge base, and training materials.
  • Standardization and Automation: Drive continuous improvement, scalability and organizational efficiency across all areas of responsibility.
  • Program Management: Recommend, implement and lead projects of varying scope, with little or no direction, leveraging internal groups and resources as needed. This includes the ability to create compelling launch processes , project trackers, presentation decks and other supporting material.
  • Work closely with development teams, e.g. participating and leading Scrum/Agile ceremonies
  • Track record of identifying market opportunities and articulating competitive differentiators (Be a specialist on the competitive landscape, and propose new ways to innovate)
  • Relentlessly focus on software quality and seek opportunities to improve it
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and help identify cross-functional dependencies
  • Identify new areas for growth and optimization through quantitative search and UX studies
  • Partner with developer and marketing teams by communicating product features and functionality
  • Collaborate with other PMs, HW, SW engineering, design and marketing
  • Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization
  • Gain actionable insights by asking the right questions and consistently apply understanding of key stakeholder perspectives during backlog refinement.
  • Articulate complex concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactive problem solver, taking complex business challenges and distilling them into solutions within the constraints of the tools available and/or identifying unmet potential from need-gap analysis
  • Comfort with ambiguity as this role will evolve based on strategy and product priorities and development of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of digital product management
  • At least 5 years in an Agile environment as a PM or a PO, leading teams to deliver measurable results
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a closely-related fieldExpertise in driving B2C product development, ideally around digital fitness experiences (Experience in media and entertainment industry and/or streaming video services a plus).
  • Solid technical understanding of API-driven solutions and ability to dive in with development teams for clear understanding and collaboration.
  • Experience with front-end development (Javascript/HTML/CSS) and integrating 3rd-party vendor solutions.
  • 5 years delivering analytics-backed product leadership, combining business strategy with user needs
  • 5 years of digital product management including direct experience integrating hardware and software in a digital entertainment experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Experience in a consulting or agency environment
  • Experience with design thinking methodologies
  • Ability to clearly articulate communications to a global and diverse audience
