Job Summary:
Product Management is critical to the evolution of Exos’ Service and Program expansion within a large, global tech client. As a Senior Director, Product Manager, you will become the go-to product lead and ensure that product development decisions support the solutions in our digital ecosystem and deliver value to our end users. We are looking for someone who is as concerned about the details as they are the big picture, has the right balance of polish and hustle, and is genuinely passionate about the work we do.
You are an experienced product leader who can creatively problem solve and communicate with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize work and best achieve goals. This role has a strong point of view on experience building and nurturing those digital experiences so that they can have a positive impact on the health and performance of our end users.
The Senior Director, Digital Product Manager is a Remote opportunity reporting directly into our Vice President & Client Partner.
Job Description:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will grow a team of creative and technical product managers, and project leads working very closely with the Curriculum and Content teams on both release requirements as well as the minute-by-minute details of the workout experience.

Raise the bar for what it means to deliver great workout content

Build, lead and inspire a team of talented and creative Product Managers and program managers

Drive high performance to high standards through ambitious goal setting, coaching, aggressive performance management, and career development.

Get aligned and stay aligned with the exec team, carrying out the Client’s vision and strategy through your team.

Ensure PMs are aligned with each other and with company priorities.

Be a point of leverage for the exec team when rolling out strategies, plans, decisions, and changes.

Be a great presenter and storyteller, skilled in utilizing the language of customer experience to align and inspire the company. - Communicate and evangelize in a way that motivates teams and focuses their energy on achieving business goals. - Proactively provide visibility and transparency to other departments and the exec team. - Work with the PM team and cross-functional partners to improve processes for product management including, sharing and getting feedback on plans and requirements.

Value data and KPIs, but comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions in the absence of complete information.

Foster great partnership and collaboration between teams: Product Management, Product Design, Product Marketing, Customer support, and Content

Work closely with development teams, e.g. participating and leading Scrum/Agile ceremonies

Partner with developer and marketing teams by communicating product features and functionality

Collaborate with other PMs, HW, SW engineering, design and marketing

Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization

Gain actionable insights by asking the right questions and consistently apply understanding of key stakeholder perspectives during backlog refinement.

Articulate complex concepts in a way that is understandable to non-technical stakeholders

Proactive problem solver, taking complex business challenges and distilling them into solutions within the constraints of the tools available and/or identifying unmet potential from need-gap analysis

Comfort with ambiguity as this role will evolve based on strategy and product priorities and development of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
-
At least 10 years of digital product management
-
At least 5 years in an Agile environment as a PM or a PO, leading teams to deliver measurable results
-
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a closely-related field
-
Expertise in driving B2C product development, ideally around digital fitness experiences (Experience in media and entertainment industry and/or streaming video services a plus).

Solid technical understanding of API-driven solutions and ability to dive in with development teams for clear understanding and collaboration.
-
Experience with front-end development (Javascript/HTML/CSS) and integrating 3rd-party vendor solutions.
-
5 years delivering analytics-backed product leadership, combining business strategy with user needs
-
5 years of digital product management including direct experience integrating hardware and software in a digital entertainment experience
-
Willingness to travel
-
Experience in a consulting or agency environment

Experience with design thinking methodologies

Ability to clearly articulate communications to a global and diverse audience
