Job Description:

The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will lead customization efforts for Cloud and Mobile solutions focused on digital workflow, productivity, and for large enterprise customers. This role is critical to support the growth and development of the EVIDENT SSD Digital Solutions business. In this role, you will have regular interactions and close collaboration with SSD Digital Solutions customers, sales & marketing teams, and R&D teams.

Job Duties:

• Discover new sales and customization opportunities for customers and prospective customers. Drive these opportunities toward successful execution in coordination with other SSD teams.

• Provide expert sales & technical assistance by clearly articulating SSD Digital Solutions technologies and capabilities to both business and technical users.

• Enable customers to integrate SSD Digital Solutions products into their existing business environments.

• Assist in responding to customer and partner requests for information and proposals.

• Communicate SSD Digital Solutions’ vision by developing and delivering product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.

• Execute proof of concepts designed to prove out both the technology and the value offered by SSD Digital Solutions technologies.

• Identify technical issues and drive to closure to ensure customer satisfaction

• Collaborate regularly with Product Management and Business Development, representing customer/market needs, regarding product development and enhancements that would deliver greater customer value and business growth.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated success in a customer facing Pre-Sales SaaS role proposing enterprise solutions at all levels of a customer organization

• Experience in working with enterprise customers

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as SaaS Sales Rep is a major plus

• Experience selling and implementing enterprise SaaS, PaaS software solutions

• Comfort in working with large enterprises with multiple decision-makers to drive proposal

• Very comfortable presenter of technical and business material to both small and large groups

• Self-motivated and a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and autonomously

• Ability to travel with the needs of the role
