We are hiring a Senior Financial Accountant to join the F&C team in our Chicago office. Roland Berger is currently working in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of financial statements for multiple entities in compliance with local accounting standards.
• Responsible for the general ledger maintenance of multiple entities.
• Prepare budgets and revised forecasting of multiple entities.
• Reconciles bank accounts for multiple entities
• Prepare weekly liquidity forecasting for multiple entities
• Preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly KPI operational reports.
• Provide audit support.
• Assist the Director of Finance with operational and accounting tasks.
• Works with the broader accounting team on other accounting related topics as needed.

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Spanish a plus
