Sheltering Arms is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Participates as a member of the Finance Team in the financial decision-making processes necessary for the successful achievement of Sheltering Arms’ mission and strategic plan.
• Provides financial analysis, support, and educational needs to operational managers.
• Participates in monthly operational reviews.
• Assumes a lead role in analyzing and exploring means of revenue enhancement and cost reduction.
• Responsible for the completion of financial reporting and analysis on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis on indicators of volume, revenue and expenses.
• Prepares mid-month and quarterly financial projections.
• Performs net revenue analysis as part of the monthly accounting close process.
• Coordinates the completion of the annual budget.

Successful candidates will possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 3+ years of accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Naturally curious person who can work independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Moderate to Advanced Excel proficiency
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
