Globally recognized retail/consumer products company located near Culver City is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst. In this hybrid or remote role, Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of SEC filings for the organization. Duties include preparing 10Q and 10k statements, coordinating the preparation of 11-K form, disclosures, enhance and direct SEC corporate compliance guidelines and governance, improve financial reporting systems, and partake in SOX compliance planning. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will also prepare quarterly XBRL reporting files, forecasting documents & budgets, assist with the financial statement consolidations, analyze corporate stock performance, as well as collaborate with internal & external audit teams and executive management on strategic initiatives.

- Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience with extensive SEC reporting exposure.
- Public accounting experience is required. Big 4 is ideal.
- CPA or Master's degree is also required.
- Working with large, international companies is preferred.
- Strong technical and analytical skills are needed.
