• Assist in the development of monthly forecasts, budgets, and key strategic business plans including the analysis and variance explanations for senior leadership
• Provide consultation on key strategic initiatives to ensure all business units achieve their strategic goals
• Act as a change-agent and trusted partner to the business teams by providing insightful analyses and information that will enhance business decisions and company profitability
• Create models to ensure the viability and direction of strategic business efforts including revenue analysis, revenue alternatives, benefit analysis, and cost scenarios
• Work cross-functionally with the Accounting team to create process improvements and procedures
• Provide analytic reports and variance analysis for monthly review meetings with stakeholders on trends and monthly/yearly results of the business
• Support ad-hoc work and analysis by creating reports and analysis as needed across the business

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in Finance
• Manufacturing industry experience required
• Reporting system experience (SAP, Power BI, Host Analytics, Epicor)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience interacting with internal and external business partners
