We are looking for engaged and passionate Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing Team.


**This position is fully remote**

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operation of business-critical features that create a stronger platform for growth.

Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up. Using a variety of back-end stacks, appropriate for each requirement, but hosted primarily on GCP, we build added value and resilient services on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers' business critical tools (CRM, Voice, Analytics, etc).

This role specifically will be within our Benefit Activation team. You'll be a key member, working directly with leadership to take this product that is helping millions of seniors with their Medicare benefits to the next level. You will be working on the full stack using Ruby on Rails, React, Hotwired, RSpec, Capybara, Sidekiq, and TailwindCSS.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in requirements analysis to help with providing the right technical and business solutions for our customers
  • Have key responsibilities within the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of key modules
  • Write clean scalable code and tests, deploy applications and systems
  • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
  • Be part of an engineering organization delivering high quality, secure solutions
  • Keep involved in product and platform performance optimization and live site monitoring

Who You Are:


  • You have at least 7+ years of experience in back-end development with experience in Ruby on Rails with a focus on delivering for security, scalability, availability, and performance
  • You have experience working with a front-end framework in a production environment such as React
  • You have strong experience working on testing applications built with Ruby on Rails and expertise in using RSpec frameworks along with Capybara
  • You will have worked extensively with GCP or AWS in a production environment and understand how to design for, deploy on and get the best out of, the environment and services provided by Google or Amazon
  • You can talk easily and spontaneously about most of the offerings on GCP or AWS, when to use them, and how, and can explain to junior engineers
  • You understand Agile software development and DevOps practices and can work closely with development teams to plan for the deployment of code changes
  • You relish creating high quality code. You are diligent improving or refactoring existing code.
  • Your engineering projects will focus on understanding customers' needs and translating those needs from product specifications into functional, production ready code
  • You have experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams etc.
