岗位职责: 1. 与游戏产品团队及相关利益人建立紧密联系，深入沟通，挖掘游戏产品侧调研需求，配合开发团队共同打造AAA级游戏项目和移动游戏项目； 2. 了解产品团队遇到的研发问题，帮助开发团队提升游戏开发效率 3. 体验正在开发中的游戏产品，提出优化游戏开发效果的建议 4. 制订游戏测评和分析方案，并指导执行团队完成方案 5. 监督游戏测评和分析方案的执行效果，并进行最终验收 6. 研究当地游戏市场，对竞品游戏进行系统性分析 7. 拆解游戏设计和游戏系统，设计产品团队需要的游戏评估方法 8. 完成对游戏相关课题行业和市场细分领域未来趋势的专项研究 9. 与中国团队沟通，传达海外游戏团队的分析需求，指导并与中国团队一起完成工作 Responsibilities: 1. Establish close contact with the game development team and related stakeholders, communicate in-depth, explore research needs, and work together to create AAA game projects. 2. Understand the R&D problems encountered by the product team and help the development team to improve the efficiency of game development 3. Experience the game products under development and make suggestions to optimize the game development effect 4. Develop a game evaluation and analysis plan, and guide the implementation team to complete the plan 5. Supervise the implementation effect of game evaluation and analysis plan and make final acceptance 6. Research the local game market and conduct a systematic analysis of competing games 7. Deconstruct game design and game system, design game evaluation methods needed by product teams 8. Complete special research on future trends in game-related subject industries and market segments 9. Communicate with the Chinese team, convey the analysis needs of the overseas game team, and guide and work with the Chinese team to complete the work

任职要求： 1. 在游戏/咨询/投资行业有5年以上的经验。 2. 对游戏充满热情，对北美市场的主机和移动游戏玩法有深刻理解，能够授权团队创新游戏玩法，共同创造AAA级游戏产品和使用体验 3. 熟悉北美游戏开发和设计流程，了解北美游戏市场玩家喜好，了解游戏公司不同岗位的工作职责 4. 喜欢与数字、公式、数据分析打交道，有优秀的办公软件技能。 5. 思维开阔，人际交往能力强，能与游戏开发建立合作关系，愿意与游戏开发团队建立紧密联系。 6. 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任感。
Requirements: 1. more than 5+ years of experience in the gaming/consulting/investment industry; 2. Passionate in games, develop a strong understanding of console and mobile gameplay in the North American market, able to empower the team to innovate gameplay and create AAA game products and use experiences together 3. Familiar with North American game development and design process, understand North American game market player preferences and understand the job responsibilities of different positions in-game companies 4. Enjoy working with numbers, formulas, and data analysis, and have excellent office software skills. 5. Open-minded, strong interpersonal skills, able to build partnerships with game development, and willing to build close connections with the game development team. 6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
