Trexin Consulting is currently seeking a Senior Healthcare Analytics Consultant to join our team.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Consult across functional areas of organizations, including senior management, front-line business managers, analytics personnel, and IT personnel.
• Enable clients to deliver analytics in relevant and usable forms for decision makers and front-line managers.
• Enable clients to act upon large amounts of data from diverse sources, implement and deploy appropriate analytics, and provide relevant results.
• Focus on top-line and bottom-line results through the effective monetization of analytics, information, business intelligence, people, and technology.

Key Desired Skills, Experience, & Knowledge:

• Analytics professional with 5+ years of professional experience in both national and regional health plans, payers, and health services organizations.
• A minimum of 5+ years professional hands-on experience with modeling, data mining, and advanced analytic approaches leveraging large administrative datasets.
• Strong collaboration skills and commitment to interdisciplinary thinking – ability to work across teams focused on strategy, technology, and data for new analytic solutions.
• Successful managing and delivering a wide variety of analytic solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid planning, priority setting, and project management skills with experience managing multiple projects and resources concurrently.
• Ability to think strategically and ‘big picture’, to formulate appropriate analytic solutions to solve client business needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and adept at developing relationships across diverse teams (including statistical, technical, and business-based resources).
• Ability to display data visually, creating powerful presentations which effectively demonstrate the value of analytic deliverables to senior level client staff.
• An entrepreneurial spirit.
• Effective change agent.
