Job description
The Senior Manager, Field Sales is directly responsible for maximizing Red Bull North America, Inc. (RBNA) On Premise (Commercial + Non-Commercial) sales and distribution (DSD + Broadline) team effectiveness through the development, oversight and delivery of training programs to maximize the knowledge and RBNA On Premise business plan goals. In addition to training responsibilities, the Senior Manager, Field Sales will guide Strategy into the field by supporting the Field Sales Teams in market visits while developing and leading Projects and Processes on all topics about the Musketeer & Musketeer Scout Universe within the On Premise.
The role responsibilities include - but are not limited to - ownership of On Premise training strategy and curriculum delivery, onboarding tools, programs and resources for new employees, and ad-hoc On Premise employee development projects to support RBNA Head of Field Sales and SVP, On Premise.

ON PREMISE TRAINING PLAN & IMPLEMENTATION
Facilitate ongoing Art of Musketeering (AOM) classroom trainings for Musketeers and ROPMs and other On Premise employees
Develop necessary training needs for Foodservice Distribution Managers (FDMs) and Musketeer Scouts focused on driving outlet and distribution growth.
Assess current training portfolio agreement on priorities and adjust/enhance
Work with the Talent Development (RBNA) and Global Talent team to align training curriculum to Red Bull Philosophies (Meaning, Freedom + Responsibility, Mastery)
Conduct regular market visits to assess application of current trainings and tools; provide direction to maximize field usage of tools to achieve results
Provide detailed recaps of market visits and in-class trainings to attendees and managers to help improve capabilities and maximize strengths
Help lead the Aviator program and act as the main SaMo liaison along with Talent to roll out and develop Aviators in the Regions.
ONBOARDING PROGRAMS
Work with RBNA Talent Development to develop premium onboarding programs in the voice of On Premise
Evaluate portfolio of onboarding materials and update
Support local teams with their onboarding efforts including attending in-person sessions
PLANNING & MEASUREMENT
Manage annual RBNA On Premise training budget
Partner with RBNA Talent to design and implement evaluation metrics to produce results on training effectiveness
Manage RBNA annual On Premise calendar and delivery timeline based on important organizational milestones including new hires, ongoing and progressive training, annual meetings and main market moments
Contribute input to annual On Premise Business Planning, including developing Field Sales strategy and deployment to the Field
Support Regions on building the annual On Premise Business Plan
Main liaison with Global On Premise on Field Sales and Training topics to centralize and adapt Global strategies and tools to RBNA
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Work with RBNA Head of Field Sales to identify On Premise employee development projects that address learning, business opportunities, and performance gaps
Support RBNA On Premise leadership team priorities outside primary responsibilities that support channel needs
STRATEGY INTO FIELD
Be a Brand Ambassador & guide influence and execution for RBNA On Premise Field Organization.
Ensure RBNA On Premise Strategy implementation in the field, working with field leadership to lead accountability and focus on execution.
Create necessary processes and routines for the field team to increase efficiency, and monitor application within the field
Develop and maximize communication program to promote awareness, engagement, and cohesion towards RBNA On Premise Field Sales Strategy pertaining targets, challenges and opportunities
Evaluate and provide feedback to Head of Field Sales regarding the On Premise field teams and activity; distill themes and communicate opportunities and strengths.
Be the credible voice in the Field by having a and comprehensive Market Visit schedule to assist Regions to reach targets in the right way.
EXPERIENCE

- 5+ years of On Premise industry knowledge is required
- 2+ years of management experience is required
- 3+ years sales training experience in CPG industry
- Experience developing training programs that push overachievement against plan and outpacing competition.
- Experience developing programming in On Premise outlets to lead repeat purchase
- Experience with On Premise National Account universe
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- English
