Advice your career as a Senior Manager, Sales Support – Sales Support Operations at the Kellogg Company, where you will be a key member of the Kellogg Sales Headquarter based team and will work cross functionally to support the Kellogg field sales teams. You will collaborate across numerous Kellogg capabilities to include field sales leadership, IT, finance, customer and commercial strategy, supply chain, logistics, corporate communications, and specific executive leadership. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Retail Operations in this role you will be managing the Sales Solutions and Business Operations organization consisting of a fleet manager, a business solutions manager, a technology manager, three sales solutions agents and six call specialists. This is a Battle Creek, MI or Chicago, IL based opportunity working on a hybrid, work from home and in office model and eligible for relocation assistance.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Continuous Improvement
    - Develop agile and iterative strategies to ensure continuous evolution of sales business processes, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output, create efficiency, and minimize costs
  • Business analytics - Oversee the budget management process specifically the preparation of financial planning and analysis activities i.e., annual and period forecast adjustments for Fleet and Sample processes with an annual spend of $13MM-$15MM
  • Owner mindset - Identify and resolve operational gaps, pain points, duplications of effort, and overlaps and provide guidance and recommendations to harmonize complex sales business processes across various functions
  • Strategic Partnerships - Lead the facilitation of Fleet and Samples process and policy solutioning across the KNA organization including collaborating with executives, key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Internal Collaboration - Champion connectivity and knowledge exchange across functional partners; drive engagement and integration via regular meetings, communications, collaboration spaces (Teams), etc.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • The incumbent must have the ability to work in challenging conditions, which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, and specific time constraints
  • Must be experienced and have a proven ability to collaborate with numerous Kellogg internal capabilities and third-party solutions providers to assess, design and implement Kellogg North America (KNA) business process needs
  • Must display an aptitude and eagerness for learning and developing new business and technical skills quickly, strong problem-solving skills, show initiative, great attention to detail and strong customer service attitude
  • Must be knowledgeable in computer and software applications, which are critical to effectively, execute the job (i.e., SAP/BW, Office 365, K Buy, Anaplan etc.)
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success
  • A strong understanding of sales systems and processes.
