The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for leading research and providing insights and recommendations regarding market trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and campaigns to drive sales, engagement, retention, and leads. This role identifies, presents, and recommends opportunities and solutions for strategic brand and consumer issues that guide strategy/product development and analyzes how consumers bank, how they use technology, and what their perspectives are to shape growth and marketing and credit union strategies. Credit Union experience preferred. Compensation for this position starts at $71,000/year.

What will I be doing in this role?

• Use predictive analytics and modelling of the credit union’s data systems on a daily basis to proactively identify and creates targeted member campaigns,
• Analyze trends, develop and enhance effective cross-sell database matrices, and provide business unit reports and recommendations.
• Analyze transaction data to identify purchase triggers and indicators in support of predictive/forward looking marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics by measuring and tracking metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, open rates, pull through and ROI.
• Utilize Salesforce Datorama to build performance dashboards for business units and management.
• Perform extensive market research to identify new market opportunities, helping the credit union to achieve growth in market share and increase share of wallet of existing members.
• Gather competitor offers and reports on these relative to the credit union’s offerings and presents these findings and recommendations on a monthly basis.
• Develop integrated market analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
• Proactively coordinate and conduct monthly or quarterly meetings with business units to evaluate ongoing individual area performance.
• Conceptualize and build an analytic plan, design questionnaires and focus groups, and analyze and summarize data leading to actionable recommendations to help shape and improve the member experience and product offerings.
• Identify and oversee workflow enhancements to business processes and/or technologies to enhance member and crewmember experience.
• Manage the MCIF system to ensure data is timely, accurate, and secure.
