• Our vision is to create a delightful and efficient employee experience for our Workplace Portal environments.

• Help Design and Develop this new Workplace Portal on the Optimizely platform with an appreciation for customer journeys and future facing design.

• Deliver on engineering and architectural best practices to analyze, design, develop deploy and support software solutions, and/or infrastructure implementations/upgrades.

• In a DevOps environment, you move between diverse tasks with cooperation and persistence, helping to bring out the best in those around you.

Full stack developer to help build out our future workplace portal platform on Optimizely.

What are the must haves for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• 6-8 years professional application development experience

• 3+ years’ professional experience in .NET development (preferably C#) including exposure to .NET Core

• 1+ years’ professional experience designing and developing APIs, including various data formats (XML, JSON, etc.)

• Solid understanding of design patterns and architecture

• CI/CD experience (we use GitLab)

• Understanding and exposure to cloud-based development including PaaS and SaaS, and Docker and/or Kubernetes

• Exposure/Understanding of automated testing concepts: unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and Test-Driven Development

What are the nice to haves for this role?

• 1+ years’ professional experience developing on Content Management Systems or Digital Experience Platforms such as Optimizely

• Demonstrated critical thinking, ownership mindset and continuous learning.

• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment

• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Have a passion for operational excellence, problem-solving, and ownership in accomplishing challenging goals.

• Continuously upgrade own technical skills, to understand and influence architecture and supporting infrastructure.

• Drive continuous improvement through operational measurement and analytics.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.67 - $65.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
