RIVA is seeking a Senior Network / System Architect to join our team to provide network/system architecture support and subject matter expertise for a DOD client located in Columbus, Ohio. This position reports directly to the DOD and National Security Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise on all technology implementations that support the DCMA Infrastructure
• Provide infrastructure planning, design, implementation, operation, maintenance, and support for systems, servers, clients, software, applications, appliances, and customers
• Plan, design, implement, operate, maintain, and support all systems and servers required to support the infrastructure at the primary, back-up, and remote sites
• Coordinate with the required change and control boards to install, configure, administer, and document/diagram infrastructure changes and deployments
• Update infrastructure diagrams as configuration changes are made
• Support concurrent operation of new or replacement technologies during deployment until old systems are decommissioned

Required Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting a wide variety of enterprise infrastructure technologies and implementations, such as enterprise storage, virtual server implementations, SharePoint, data center consolidation and network planning.
• Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M/8140.01 (or most current DoD guidance)
• Proven experience keeping assets properly secured per DISA STIG requirements
• Proven management of technology evaluation for lifecycle replacement
• Proven experience planning and supporting concurrent operations of new or replacement technologies during deployment until old systems are decommissioned
• Proven experience creating and operating Domain Name Service (DNS) infrastructure in coordination with external agencies

Preferred Experience:

• Experience creating and operating Active Directory instances in a secure environment

Certification/Clearance Requirement:

• IAT-III (e.g., CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH)
• ADP-I/Top Secret
