This ministry is to promote growth in relationship with the Lord, relationships with one another and outreach to the lost. The purpose is to glorify God in word, worship and daily lives.Compensation: Currently we can offer a total pay package of $10,000 to $19,000 per year, based on experience /or need. Because of this, we expect that our pastor will be bi vocational or retired.The pastor's salary will continue to be re evaluated as the congregation grows.Church Beliefs: We believe in a supernatural Bible, which tells of a supernatural Christ, Who had a supernatural birth, Who spoke supernatural words, Who performed supernatural miracles, Who lived a supernatural life, Who died a supernatural death, Who rose in supernatural power, Who ascended in supernatural splendor, Who intercedes as a supernatural priest and Who will one day return in supernatural glory to establish a supernatural kingdom on the earth.Our view of the Senior Pastor: He must be a licensed / ordained minister that also legally able to perform marriages in WV. He must live a lifestyle consistent with the teachings in the books of Timothy and Titus. He must attend no less than 80% of all services. Faith Gospel will only allow males to run for the office of Pastor.
The pastor will not be permitted to become a member of Faith Gospel Church unless he first relinquishes his office of the Pastor. The Pastor will be required to facilitate all business and election meetings.
