Tango Card is seeking a Senior Program Manager professional to join our fast-paced, collaborative and innovative Operations Program Management Team! The Senior Program Manager will own and be accountable for successful delivery of complex organizational-wide initiatives spanning multiple lines of business. Reports To: Manager, Program Management

As a Senior Program Manager at Tango Card, you will:

  • Demonstrate outstanding program management approach that sets the standard for how the PM team interacts with partners.
  • Represent Tango Card externally as the focal point on projects to third party brands, suppliers, and customers.
  • Find opportunities to improve the skills of the PM organization & make recommendations on team development.
  • Bring a right-sized program management approach to Tango Card based on an in-depth understanding of PM methods, tools and systems.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate cross-project dependencies to ensure each department has a successful program outcome.
  • Determine appropriate strategies to balance short & long-term objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization with an understanding of the differing needs of executives, project members and other partners.
  • Maintain program schedules and ensure partners are never kept guessing on delivery timeframes.

To be effective in our Senior Program Manager role, you must have:

  • 8+ years of hands on, Program Manager experience or related experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently, navigating gray areas, and moving a project forward without external guidance.
  • Bachelors' degree in applicable field, or equivalent work experience

Our ideal Senior Program Manager at Tango Card will have most of the following skills and experience:

  • PMP or equivalent formal program management training
  • Have experience developing operational processes
  • Experience in a high-tech or FinTech environment
  • Ability to be assertive, confident, humble, friendly, proactive and organized

Salary: The targeted pay range for this position is between $133,000 to $143,000. Please note that the actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonus.
