We believe that PR is an essential part of telling our incredible story! We are looking for a motivated and seasoned public relations professional to create narratives that guide our brand story. From day one, you will contribute to existing PR efforts, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company objectives. Fit the part? Go ahead and apply!
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will...
- build up and engage with a community of leading experts from the sports industry
- develop and execute high-impact communication campaigns and strategies that support our brand, reputation and executives
- proactively set up, execute and optimize PR programs, including speaking opportunities and interviews
- plan and organize events and support on-site as needed
- translate business objectives into stories and consistent messages that relate to a specific audience to meet brand and reputation goals
- contribute editorial content to the Corporate Website and all social media channels
- strengthen existing and create new media and influencer relations
- track performance of all marketing communications campaigns (e.g. prepare reports and analytics) and set clear goals
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
You...
- have a degree in public relations, communications or equivalent degree
- have strong strategic thinking and can lead our external communication in all situations
- have a strong expertise and network on professional sports – and ideally sports technology
- have at least five years of experience in B2B content and PR marketing.
- have experience in PR strategy, copywriting, especially in digital marketing (e.g. social media, blog, newsletter)
- bring a professional media network within the sports industry in the US
- are interested in technology and sports business and you have already had touch points with them
