Job description

This is a hybrid work environment requiring 3 days in-office in Arlington, VA and 2 days working remotely.

You will serve as a key member of the Sales Operations Team within Bloomberg Industry Group. You will have an integral role driving insights, operations, and strategy for our entire sales organization. Additionally, you will support our team’s efforts to solve business problems and help leadership make informed decisions. You are an analytical rockstar who can balance operations with strategy and planning and, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, ask difficult questions, and proactively seek answers.

What you will do:

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance on strategic projects, focusing on sales performance and productivity KPIs and improvement strategy
• Help sales become a data-driven organization by building meaningful dashboards, analyze existing processes, interpret data, using statistical techniques, identify opportunities for growth acceleration, making recommendations to leadership
• Design and run key operations processes, such as annual business strategy planning, monthly and quarterly business review cadences, as well as ad-hoc strategic initiatives
• Manage different projects at once, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Create presentations and other communications for sales leadership

You need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in strategy, sales data analysis, or consulting
• Ability to synthesize complex, disparate data and deliver compelling visuals and presentations. Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must; working experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and structured query language (SQL) is expected
• Experience extracting and analyzing data from Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to act in a professional manner while interacting with employees at all levels, including senior leaders and clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
