IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support to overarching acquisition systems engineering support of current and future efforts.
- Directly support multi-aviation platform efforts by planning and developing acquisition programs such as CMFF.
- Interface with Army Ground and Aviation Stakeholders to shape the CMFF program in support of Army Aviation.
- Support the development of Component Specification Models, Technical Exchange Meetings with Industry, and development and analysis of RFIs and Reference Architectures.
Education and General experience:
- BS Degree in a technical or engineering discipline plus 12 + years relevant experience
- Avionics experience within an Army Aviation platform
- Experience with Aviation Platform Software, Navigation, GPS, Airworthiness Releases and Airworthiness Qualification Plans
- Experience with MOSA, SOSA standards, ARINC 661
- Experience with SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR
- Experience with FAA and AvMC SRD
- Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Clearance Requirements: Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
Required Travel: 20%
