We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment. This position is remote, however, candidates in the Mid-Atlantic area are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with internal and external clients to understand and prioritize immediate and upcoming hiring needs in a high-volume environment.
• Full-cycle recruitment (researching, sourcing, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple roles and clients.
• Manage candidate expectations and processes and consistently maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for all open roles.
• Track and report all data and analytics through Salesforce ATS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume staffing / consulting services environment.
• 2+ years of experience recruiting in Cloud Services, preferably in Salesforce/AWS/Microsoft Cloud (Preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including comfort on the phone with exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
• Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates.
