Server - Snitches Restaurant at Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort, Deadwood SD

Pay: $8-$9 an hour plus tips

Snitches is an exciting new restaurant built inside the Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort. We are striving to deliver the most memorable food, beverage, and Guest experience in South Dakota! The restaurant will be a small, luxurious, and intimate setting, accompanied by fine wines and spirits. We are seeking out talented and experienced Front of House Staff, who are committed to delivering a beautiful, hospitable, and unparalleled dining experience for our Guests. Our chef/manager is expecting extremely motivated individuals with a true passion for the craft to join his team. It is imperative that individuals applying for this position have a hunger for education, are wishing to refine their craft, and are willing to take ownership of their actions in and outside of the restaurant. In return he hopes to empower you with skills to further your knowledge in food, wine, spirits and service. In so doing, your careers in the food industry. Respect is the philosophy here. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented, Guest-centric environment to provide an extraordinary Guest experience.
• Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the Guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
• Guiding Guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages, and ingredients
• Taking accurate ordering and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet and exceed Guests’ expectations.
• Providing friendly and attentive service that makes Guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.
• Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude and empathy.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

Proven table service experience

• Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Hands on experience in cashier duties
• Excellent people skills
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new skills
• High School Diploma
