Love your job where the Beach meets the Mountains! We are currently searching for a motivated and talented Server to join our team at the Margaritaville Resort in Gatlinburg, TN. Located in the center of Gatlinburg, the gateway to Smoky Mountain National Park, this resort has 163 rooms and suites, Spa, Margaritaville inspired License To Chill Bar & Grill and Joe Merchants coffee shop, 4,000 square feet of meeting space and additional scenic outdoor event space. Job Description
Servers are the key to delivering great guest service. Servers ensure that they provide a memorable experience, from greeting to departure.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously, reviews specials and menu options.
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items.
Ensure Guest satisfaction throughout the meal service, including drink refills, pre-bussing and removal of empty plates.
Abide by all state, federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Requirements:
Valid TABC Server Permit
Must be 18 years of age or older
Team Player, ability to work within a fast-paced, team environment
Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers
Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
