- Supporting the business priorities of Branch Managers, Production team members, and the client service function
- Independently managing accounts of increasing complexity
- Growing revenue by successfully counseling clients on additional business opportunity via cross-selling & up-selling
- Driving Client Service Cycle, Delivering high quality client service consistent with AJG operational standards and practices, and Achieving operational productivity and performance metrics consistently.
- Growing and profitably managing an assigned group of client accounts successfully
- Building relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care
- Seeking referrals from current client base to solicit new business prospects
- Securing existing business and actively driving the sale of additional services.
- Acts as a strategic relationship manager and client liaison.
- Provides oversight in the sale of products/services by enhancing sales or services to prospects and existing accounts.
- May offer training, development, and or supervision to lower-level staff.
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Must hold a Producer’s license and be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
- Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
- Insurance knowledge – P&C experience preferred, as well as solid financial acumen

- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. - Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure
