Job Summary:

Woodfin-Your Home Team is searching for a Service Coordinator to join our team! The Service Coordinator is responsible for organizing and clarifying all department continuations that are submitted by technicians in the field. The Service Coordinator will validate warranty status for equipment, acquire proper part cost and availability for repair and quote the customer accordingly using company Flat Rate Guides. The perfect candidate will track all incoming parts, schedule repairs with customers, ensure parts are secured by the correct technician and process warranty on parts when repairs are complete.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicates with technicians, supervisors, and managers on parts needs.
  • Identifies parts needed and evaluates multiple vendors in order to determine availability and to find the best price possible.
  • Communicates with customers directly about parts costs.
  • Confirms service/parts needed with customers and schedules follow-up appointments in Cargas.
  • Performs other tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling software such as Google Calendar, is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer facing role is required.
  • Previous experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or similar trades/businesses is beneficial, but not required.

Job Requirements:

  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to operate with a sense of urgency to assist all of our customers.
  • Multitasking and capable of working in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A team player, personable, customer oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Safety and customer service focused.
  • Strong computer and technology skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Calendar.
  • Upbeat personality with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Fluent English-speaking and writing skills.
