Position is remote, however successful candidate must be located in Savannah or Atlanta, Georgia or Kansas.

The Service Delivery Project Manager is responsible for managing the workflow of Clearwave Fiber’s processes and accurately mapping any new processes, helping to manage the development and support of systems, driving automation within systems, and data inspection within the tools. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with digital transformation projects. You will work closely with leadership to understand the operational needs of the organization and translate those needs into development requests for technical and internal resources. You will manage multiple complex projects and be responsible for outcomes to ensure efficient operations of the service delivery team and the generation of accurate data for reporting and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert for systems, data, complex orders, and processes from Quote-to-Cash.
  • Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve and automate processes that impact the Service Delivery team.
  • Act as liaison and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and translate objectives and needs into system requirements.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are scoped, implemented, and delivered under committed timelines.
  • Manage all complex orders from contract to order completion for orders that are considered complex. To include but not limited to: Platinum customers and Platinum related orders - with a monthly recurring rate greater than $3,000, multiple dwelling units, expedites, off-net, official orders, and any orders assigned by reporting Manager.
  • Create and maintain key documentation such as process flows and use cases
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure systems and tools are current with industry standards and best practices.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships to ensure business objectives and priorities are successfully supported, communicated, and executed internal and external to the department and organization.
  • Partners with HR to set up and ensure necessary training is administered.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree, or equivalent experience, in business administration, economics, statistics, finance or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of analytical and/or reporting experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member on projects of moderate to broad scope.
  • Ability to productively leverage querying tools to solve business challenges and problems.
  • Proficiency using analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, PL/SQL
  • Proficiency using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet
