Plumbing Heating Paramedics is looking for a full time Service and Operations Coordinator to work 40 hours per week. You will act as a liaison, provide product information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. As the Service and Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will be to schedule service calls, measurements and installs, pull and close permits as needed, enter detailed and complete summary notes for the technicians and installers, build install folders, register Trane equipment, and pull AHRI's when applicable. The target at Plumbing Heating Paramedics is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Schedule customer appointments and dispatch to Technicians at Plumbing Heating Paramedics
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process Plumbing Heating Paramedics customer accounts and file documents
  • Process Trane registrations, pull permits and AHRI's for Plumbing Heating Paramedics
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage with Plumbing Heating Paramedics customers
