We are a local insulation contractor that provides full-service insulation services to our clients along the Emerald Coast. We offer a full range of insulation services to include Fiberglass and Spray Polyurethane Foam options.

We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Service Representative should be genuinely excited to help clients; be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction. To be successful as a Service Representative, you should stay up-to-date with product features and advancements.

This position will be focused in the Walton and Bay County Areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries with clients via telephone and in-person
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Identify and assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• “Go the extra mile” to maintain and improve client relationships through open and interactive communication
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Daily site-inspections to ensure clients’ needs are being surpassed
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
• Handle customer concerns; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives quickly; follow-up to ensure resolution
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirement and Skills

• Proven customer support experience and track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listener
• Must have knowledge of basic computer skills and related technology
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address concerns quickly
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience as a Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role (preferred but not required)
• Construction Experience (preferred but not required)

Salary: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, some Saturdays
