Coastline Insulation
We are a local insulation contractor that provides full-service insulation services to our clients along the Emerald Coast. We offer a full range of insulation services to include Fiberglass and Spray Polyurethane Foam options.
We are looking for a customer-oriented Service Representative who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Service Representative should be genuinely excited to help clients; be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high client satisfaction. To be successful as a Service Representative, you should stay up-to-date with product features and advancements.
This position will be focused in the Walton and Bay County Areas.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries with clients via telephone and in-person
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Identify and assess clients’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- “Go the extra mile” to maintain and improve client relationships through open and interactive communication
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Daily site-inspections to ensure clients’ needs are being surpassed
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
- Handle customer concerns; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives quickly; follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep thorough records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirement and Skills
- Proven customer support experience and track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listener
- Must have knowledge of basic computer skills and related technology
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address concerns quickly
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience as a Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role (preferred but not required)
- Construction Experience (preferred but not required)
