Service Writer/Advisor - The all new Carlson Chevrolet in Red Spring, NC
Experience is a plus, basic vehicle knowledge is a plus
Must have good phone etiquette and be able to communicate well with customers, technicians, extended Warranty companies as well as teammates in other departments
Must have basic computer/iPad knowledge
Updating customers on the status of their vehicle, setting future appointments and being able to multitask is of the highest priority
