We’re seeking a driven and motivated candidate to add to our dynamic team as a Servicing Coordinator. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our servicing teams and to manage communication with law firms and clients. The qualified candidate will work well in a fast-paced environment and be highly motivated to meet and exceed monthly targets. Compensation includes a base salary and monthly incentives aligned with results.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (percentages are approximate and are subject to change):

• Handles incoming servicing calls and emails; calculates amounts for payoffs and provides accurate payment amounts to attorneys and law firms in a timely manner. – 70% of the position
• Data entry of case information obtained from attorneys and law firms. – 15% of the position
• Various miscellaneous administrative duties assisting servicing representatives and department managers such as faxing, scanning, emailing, drafting correspondence, etc. – 10% of the position
• Processing incoming payments – 5% of the position
• Regular attendance and punctuality are required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College/Associates degree a plus, but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate
• An understanding of basic math concepts
• Dependable, professional, and good work ethic
• Familiarity with general computer usage and programs (i.e., Word and Excel)
• Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office
