SUPERVISOR - Krispy Kreme

We are seeking efficient and flexible managers who will handle our specialty shop. When you are the manager on duty you will be accountable for the complete operational and financial performance of this location.

Supervisor requirements include:

• Minimum 6 months-2 years equivalent management experience in the restaurant/food industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends & holidays. This is a non-exempt, “variable hour” hourly position with full time scheduled hours/week but may fluctuate due to business volume needs
• Ability to manage shop when upper management is not present ensuring operational standards
• Adjust work schedules based on projected business volume staying within labor goals
• Providing positive customer service by example and be a leader among your peers
• Cash management responsibilities

What are we looking for?
We want to see a stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last two years. Position requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 75-100 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
