Full Time Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Canaan CT, 06018!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Possible Saturday's (2x/month)

Your Role:

• Assist with the day-to day functions of the Shipping and Receiving Department, including distribution of goods and services.
• Responsible for the accurate entry and quality verification of all products received.
• Responsible for delivering incoming items to the appropriate parties, distribution of internal supply orders, and picking up outgoing shipment items from staff.
• Conduct weekly supply deliveries to offsite locations.
• Fulfill supply requests, replenish stock, and process special orders.
• Frequently collaborates Interior Design, IT, Etc. Flexibility is key.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required
• Experience tracking assets and overseeing inventory, preferably in a healthcare environment, is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Office including but not limited to; Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word, is a plus
• Experience with programs such as Sage Intacct and Service Now is a plus
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Must act with a high degree of precision and accuracy
• Must have a passion to perpetually improve our product and brand at every opportunity
• Must be capable of independently lifting heavy items up to 50 lbs. etc.
• Required to work weekends and holidays when requested (would receive holiday pay)
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation:

• The base salary for the position is $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
