General Job Description

We are seeking a talented and super-organized Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven individual who brings the perfect balance of Shipping and Receiving knowledge, technical proficiency and professional maturity. The incumbent is responsible to support daily operations of the warehouses team by providing a full range of support included in the inventory process, ensuring the sales floor is fully stocked and processes special orders.

Responsibilities

• Pull special orders from the order file.

• Receive product from the packing list and process it into inventory system.

• Call vendors and customers to update the status of orders.

• Process shipments from UPS and FedEx.

• Price mark product on the receiving dock.

• Stock merchandise in the overstock area and sales floor.

• Reorganize product in overstock racks.

• Conduct physical counts.

• Stock merchandise on the sales floor.

• Daily Maintenance functions.

• Pick pack and pull orders for the web department.

• Additional duties as assigned.

Skills

• Strong analytical and organization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Minimum of a high school diploma, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

• Well-developed organizational skills

• High attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills required

• Ability to work in a goal and team-oriented setting and thrive under pressure

• Physical Requirements: Standing 90%, Sitting 5%, kneel down 5%, lifting 20 lb.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
